Thank you for helping our Veterans at the 4th Night of Hope for Heroes Gala

There is no better way to celebrate Veterans Day week-end than raising money to provide PTSD and concussion treatment for our Veterans and active service members at the historic Army and Navy Club of Washington, DC.

This year’s speaker, Captain John Woodall, shared his experiences of watching Veterans who were suffering from PTSD head up to the Brain Wellness and Biofeedback Center in Bethesda, MD and have amazing recoveries. He decided to encourage other Veterans who came to his Camp 4 Heroes program to seek treatment at the Brain Wellness and Biofeedback Center. With each success story, Captain Woody became even more convinced that this treatment was working and decided (with the prompting of his son) to try the treatments himself. After his treatments, Captain Woody felt his life and brain return. He was especially surprised how he now able to remember little endearing memories from his childhood and how he was better able to process the difficult things he had experienced as an adult., He was able to jump back into his busy life of helping others. He now works non-stop for several charities and is an Ambassador for the Gary Sinise Foundation.

The Night of Hope for Heroes Gala included a live auction for some amazing prizes. Gala attendees outbid each other to win week at a resort in Mexico, a week at a renovated Victorian home in Leadville, Colorado, tickets to the Army/Navy game, and a bass guitar signed by Gary Sinise.

We would like to thank all of the donors and guests of this year’s Gala - but it is not too late to donate! Just click on the DONATE button on this website to help give our heroes the treatments they deserve to get their lives back.
